Recently a group of our members accompanied Shirley to the MS residential facility at Dutton Park.
Their mission was to deliver a huge number of wheelchair bags which had been made by Piecemakers from all over the state and delivered to Shirley at Conference.
This is not the first time Moggill CWA has visited these ladies who are always very pleased to see us.
The bags were received with much gratitude.......
but the residents were even more grateful for the company
resulting in a very happy visit with members vowing to go back and visit more frequently.
It was lovely to renew old friendships.
Let's make an effort to do this more often.
